Gym Is Life

Physical fitness has truly become the backbone of my mental health whether I like it or not. If I’m having a rough day or struggling with a little anxiety, a quality workout has always been my cure all. If I go too long without said workout, here comes that anxiety and there goes some confidence. Along with some muscle mass I worked hard for.

I was lucky enough to be raised in the gym environment (mother has always been in gym management) and given the proper guidance to make exercise a passion of mine. It’s become my idea of a healthy addiction since it has so many benefits. Some being the motivation of a healthy diet and proper sleep hygiene.

Considering that it only takes an hour out of my day, five days a week (the other 2 for cardio if I feel like it), I don’t plan on stopping until my body forces me to. It’s always the most beneficial hour of my day and it usually makes it a successful day at that. I hope this little bog helps at least one of you feel the urge to have some beneficial exercise time of your own. That’ll make the time taken to write this 100% worth it.
