Goal Repetition
Start Today with reading or making a set of goals. It’s always good to have a few that are short term (today, a week, or even a month from now) and long term (One, five or 10 years). The more we remind ourselves of them, the more likely we are to achieve them. Rather than pushing them to the back of our minds in the “forget about it” section. Verbally repeat them and work towards the achievement of at least one of them a day. I promise you, this will improve your mood. Like Tony Robbins said. “Progress equals happiness.”
